Shoppers Cut Back Further, with Apparel Bearing the Brunt

The latest US consumer survey from Coresight Research, undertaken on April 1, provides a weekly update on consumer behavior and sentiment amid the coronavirus crisis.
  • Some 52.6% are now extremely concerned about the outbreak, up 6.9 percentage points in a week.
