Consumers say brands not delivering on omnichannel experiences

No matter what age, gender or location, consumers around the world agree that physical and digital engagement is paramount for effective customer engagement.

That’s according to a survey by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council, in partnership with Pitney Bowes, in which some 85% of global consumers said that a blend of both digital and physical channel experiences is the preferred way of interfacing with brands.
