Communities that have embraced recreational marijuana sales are plodding ahead with plans to open more retail pot shops, but local officials say challenges remain.
"We've had long lines and lots of traffic, but I can say there really haven't been any negative impacts," said Northampton Mayor David Narkewicz, one of several local officials who participated in a day-long forum on recreational marijuana at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston.
