Online mattress seller Casper Sleep Inc. plans to open 200 of its own stores in the next three years, expanding across North America to stave off competition from dozens of internet copycats.
Casper, which launched in 2014, opened its first permanent retail shop in New York City earlier this year. The 200 stores will include 18 existing temporary locations that Casper is transitioning to permanent shops.
