Why Washington’s Big Box Stores Are Shrinking

Washington’s newest Target store is surprisingly discreet. Its entrance, at the base of a Rosslyn office building, is tucked into an alcove off Wilson Boulevard, the chain’s trademark red logo the only indication of what lies within.. . . more
