Consumers aren’t buying retailers ‘out of sync’ clothing

Nearly 40 percent of consumers are not planning to shop for spring clothing this season, while another 30 percent don’t plan to start until May at the earliest or are unsure of when they will start shopping, according to a new NPD gauge of consumer sentiment.. . . more
